AMD’s flagship RDNA 2 graphics card, the Radeon RX 6900 XT, isn’t powerful enough to provide anything close to a 60 FPS experience in Cyberpunk 2077 when its new Radeon ray tracing modes are enabled at higher resolutions. No surprise, RT on AMD cards was known from the start to be 1/2 the performance of NVidia cards.
And then NVidia cards have DLSS 2.0, AMD has nothing to match the huge disparity in framerate + quality.
