AMD Ryzen 5000 Series Processors Can Hit 5.0 GHz with Latest Version of CTR (Clock Tuner for Ryzen)

Yuri Bubliy (1usmus) has released a new version of his popular software tool, Clock Tuner for Ryzen. The latest rendition, version 2.1, allows Ryzen 5000 Series owners to easily and safely boost their Zen 3 processors all the way to 5.0 GHz by leveraging a new “PX” profile that is 25 mV lower than the standard voltage (1.45 vs. 1.475 V). It provides a stable, fixed, and effective frequency that isn’t affected by any limits—no EDC throttling, temperature throttling, or stretching.
