3D V-Cache appears to do wonders for the iGPU in AMD's flagship Ryzen 7000 Series processor. According to a set of integrated graphics benchmarks shared by PCMag, the Ryzen 9 7950X3D features dramatically increased iGPU performance versus its standard Zen 4 sibling thanks to the inclusion of the additional cache, with gains as high as 4x in the 720p and 1080p resolutions. The Ryzen 9 7950X3D features 144 MB of total cache, while the Ryzen 9 7950X features 80 MB of total cache. Both were launched at an SEP of $699.
