I was doing some looking and really enjoy the experience of building in dual chamber cases. Since I am replacing everything in my system except for the video card I decided a new case was in order. I'm 50 now and kind of dig the wood look but wanted dual chamber. Went with this one. Really is a pleasure to work in so far. Moving 3 more link fans over for additional side intake. And the power supply as well as storage should be on hand come Tuesday.

Can post current non complete pictures if desired.

I have the NVME, side intake fans, and Power supply yet to install. Power supply arrives tomorrow, and the NVME should be available on Tuesday. fans move from old case.

Power supply installed. (Still like it) Fan's moved over. All fans and Pump on one Corsair Link controller. (made cabling simpler too.) Everything lights up and BIOS was updated using MSI's handy update bios button. Used the provided USB key that came with it to do it.

Tomorrow I pick up the new NVME drive (with any luck) and complete this build!

Next year I'll look at a 5090 or whatever AMD is competing with by that time.

Anyone else kind of hoping the AI craze normalizes?

I'll get pictures once i have the NVME in before I do the OS build but all lit up.

It will just in time for the next bubble to hit.

We went from Bitcoin Mining to "Crazy Surplus of Old Mining Junk So No One Would Make New Junk" to Mining-Again but-ETH-This-Time to "Surplus Induced Shortages" again to Covid Logistical Constipation to AI Bubble....

Here is what the front of the fully populated battle... ummm Antec C8 wood look case looks like. I very much like the subdued astetic. And the fans look FAR more blue the are a muted golden/white look in person.

This makes me think of the old mid-tower I built in from Antec, had insulation in it to be super quiet. was piano black (this one does not but IS very quiet.)

I'm going to update my signature now with the new build specs. Old system sans video card is going to my Step-Son if he ever manages to solve his cranial rectal insertion issue and get a job to buy even a cheapo video card.

I'm tempted to go in and remove the stickers on the sides of the fans... but honestly that's only for pictures that I GAF. I also need to clean the glass. lol. I'll get a battle station picture to post once I get the new desk matt from Gamers Nexus. If it wasn't such a production cost for have some to sell I would have totally purchased a theFPSreview matt. :)

That looks sharp. If it were me I would get some little plastic fish and hang them down so they can "Swim" around in there based on the air flow.

It looks really good!

Yea at first I thought I was going to have to put a second Corsair Link controller in. (got uhhh 3... ) but I can run all the fans and the pump on the one and that's nice. Two channels just 7 devices per channel. All getting power and all controls from the one link hub and one USB 2.0 header. I'm very pleased. I now have all the colors basically matching as well.

Good to ssee I'm not the only one using this case, although mine is without the wood accent
