Apple has announced that this year's iMac, a new iteration of its all-in-one computer that features Apple Intelligence and the M4 chip for what is said to be up to 1.7x faster performance for daily productivity and up to 2.1x faster performance for demanding workflows (e.g., photo editing and gaming) compared to the iMac with M1, is available for pre-order today ahead of its release on Friday, November 8 at a starting price of $1,299.

They did this with the original version. Boneheaded.

With the charge port on the bottom, you can't have it charging and use it at the same time.

I love the new Logitech system. The mousepad wirelessly charges my mouse. I've been using it for ~6 months now and haven't had to charge my mouse once. It just keeps it charged as long as I keep it on the mouse pad.

I really like that idea but Logitech mice and their rubber coating …. I hate it. I have to change them out every 12-18 months even though the rest of the mouse is just fine

So far mine has held up and I use my mouse/computer for hours a day every day. I can't remember exactly when I bought it, but it was earlier this year. The mousepad has replacement "pads" that you can swap out while keeping the wireless base station. Haven't had to worry about that yet either.

I've seen plenty of designs that have the Logitech charger pad under a normal mouse pad or even integrated into a desk surface. So I dunno.
