ASRock has launched the Radeon RX 7900 XTX Creator 24GB and ASRock Radeon RX 7900 XT Creator 20GB, two new Radeon RX 7000 Series graphics cards based on the RDNA 3 architecture that feature a vapor-chamber heatsink, two-slot thickness, and what the company says is an efficient blower fan, swiftly dissipating heat toward the rear of the GPU.

There is nothing inherently wrong with a 'blower' fan. Its all about the total solution. I guess since blower fans have been paired typically with cheap solutions, well, they got a bad reputation.
 
There's nothing wrong with blower fans, from a performance perspective. They exhaust the heat out of the case, which is ideal. The tradeoff is noise.
 
ASRock aren't the latest with blower-equipped GPUs; you'll see the same on 'workstation GPUs' like Quadros, which this 'Creator' series is most likely targeted at.
