Assassin’s Creed Origins Likely Getting 60 FPS Update for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S Consoles

Assassin’s Creed fans on console hardware who are looking for a reason to step back into the boots of Bayek may be about to receive a big one courtesy of developer Ubisoft.



As noted in a tweet today, Ubisoft is trying to add 60 FPS support for Assassin’s Creed Origins, the tenth and critically acclaimed installment of the franchise that introduced open-world gameplay to the long-running series. While no systems were specified, the patch would presumably be released for both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles.
