ASUS Intel 700|600 Series Motherboards Support 48 GB of DDR5-7000 Modules

ASUS has announced BIOS updates for its Intel 700 and 600 series motherboards in partnership with Corsair, adding support for up to 192 GB of DDR5 memory and support for Corsair's new VENGEANCE DDR5 48 GB (2 x 24 GB) 7000 MT/s modules. Echoing yesterday's press release from Corsair, ASUS says that these motherboards have been rigorously tested to support the new memory, and they also include support for up to 192 GB of DDR5 via new memory kits containing 4 x 48 GB modules. The relevant BIOS updates for ASUS Z790 are now available, while updates for ASUS B760, H770 and 600 series motherboards are planned to follow soon.
