You lost me due to the names "ROG" and "Strix" as they mean overpriced to me.
 
I kinda wish all monitors could do this for power saving
my new LG monitor used to go to sleep automatically if it was away from the PC for a couple minutes, I changed that to 4 hours which was realy annoying as the PC would wake up after beeing put in sleep mode after 4 hours to put the monitor to sleep ?‍♂️now I have it turned off.
 
Every other nVidia driver seems to break my Windows sleep
I'm not talking about sleep. You can edit your power plan to turn off your displays after a set number of minutes of inactivity.
