"Ryzen Master is telling me that my best-performing core is C01, so why the heck isn't Windows taxing it appropriately for single-threaded workloads?" AMD addressed that ongoing conundrum today, which has been confusing enthusiasts as to which party was correctly reporting the ideal core: it turns out that Ryzen Master's score is based on overclocking potential, while Windows 10's mapping is derived from the fastest pair of CPU cores within each cluster (CCX). To prevent confusion, AMD is changing Ryzen Master so it reports what Windows 10 does.

 
Well, Microsoft has always been more of an Intel brother lover.....
Hasn't history shown us MS favors Intel a bit?
