Elder Scrolls fans have already lost count of how many times Skyrim has been re-released or ported, but that isn’t going to stop Bethesda from revisiting one of its most popular and cherished RPGs again and again. As a means of celebrating the game’s 10th anniversary, Bethesda confirmed today that it is preparing yet another release of the game appropriately called The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition.



According to Bethesda, this is the most definitive version of Skyrim yet thanks to its inclusion of 500 pieces of unique content from the Creation Club. These include pre-existing and new quests, dungeons, bosses, weapons, spells and more. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition will also include all three expansions: Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn.

This stilly game has been re-released so many times I cannot keep it straight
And I’ve never bought a copy despite it being something I would probably really enjoy. Maybe I’ll grab it on the next rerelease
 
Am I understanding this right? This is the same version of the game but bundled with community content (that's normally free, or at least was - it's been awhile) and they're charging for it? Yar, not liking that at all.
