Bluepoint Games Is Working on a Bloodborne Remaster and Sequel for PS5, According to New Rumors

Another week, another Bloodborne rumor. The latest murmurings regarding FromSoftware’s cult-classic comes from PlayStation podcaster and insider Colin Moriarty, who suggested over Twitter yesterday that Bluepoint Games is working on a Bloodborne game. Recently acquired by Sony for its growing stable of first-party PlayStation studios, Bluepoint is the developer that was responsible for PS5’s Demon’s Souls, as well as several other remakes and remasters such as Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and Shadow of the Colossus.



“I’m hearing through the grapevine Bluepoint may be on a journey to Yharnam,” Moriarty tweeted. Yharnam shouldn’t require any introduction for Bloodborne players, as the Victorian-era city serves as the game’s central location.
