CD PROJEKT RED has released Patch 1.31 for the PC, console, and Stadia versions of Cyberpunk 2077. As is customary with the patches that have been released thus far, the latest update introduces various fixes to the sci-fi RPG’s gameplay, quests and open world, user interface, and visual elements. The PlayStation 4 version of the game has also received GPU memory optimizations.

CD PROJEKT RED has pointed out that the the issues listed below did not affect all players, although they must have affected quite a few for the company to have bothered addressing them.

Hot ****, though this was going to be a minor patch given the short patchnotes, But I got a 51GB download

For PC... sure. For xbox whatever the old one is it's supported on, No, Same for the old Playstation. And it isn't ready for the new ones either because it needs a good next gen update.

And the more we the players hold their feet to the fire over all of this the less and less likely we will see more big developer houses design games for PC first.

Remember when we didn't get that and were annoied that games didn't have custom interfaces for PC environments? OR take advantage of Graphics settings for the multitude of PC video settings?

Yea... lets just raise MORE hell about how the console version is ****. And say CDPR should have never released.

Their NEXT games I am betting will be console developed first because the PC crowd doesn't care about a few issues and accepts that is just the way of life.

No, it isn't finished. I don't care if we are talking about PC or console. The game still lacks fire or water physics. You can't pop tires on vehicles, the weapons are horribly imbalanced to a point where entire classes of weapons are useless. The cyberware is similarly unbalanced. There are still graphical issues with the UI and it often displays the wrong information. Many weapon mods do not work or are so badly balanced that they fail to make sense over another type of mod in any situation.

You have one shotgun that can destroy any vehicle in a single hit despite being weaker than other shotguns. There is still no police chase AI. Police can't drive cars. Turrets appear out of thin air to attack you if you go on a rampage. NPC's still walk through objects, including walls. If you stand in traffic and look away, all the traffic that was going to hit you will despawn. When you turn back, traffic will respawn farther away from you but it will be different traffic.

The list goes on and on. The PC version of the game is by far the best version of it. However, it's FAR from a finished game. It's still very poorly polished. Again, I have 500 hours in the game and think it's one of the best I've ever played. But the thing is still not even a beta if I'm being honest.

Shows what I know. I'm waiting for CDPR to say they are good to go and I will jump in. Then again I just want more of the story line and such and to see what the DLC looks like going forward. I'm strange like that I suppose.

I'd like to see the game properly completed. However, I don't think that will ever truly happen. That said, I'll play it again the second they release actual DLC content for the game. Cosmetic DLC's don't count of course.
