Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3 for PS5 and Xbox Series X Consoles Delayed to 2022

CD PROJEKT RED announced today that the next-gen versions of Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will not be released this year as originally intended. The PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions are now planned for release next year; Cyberpunk 2077’s new target is the first quarter of 2022, while The Witcher 3’s new target is the second quarter of 2022. CD PROJEKT RED opted to push its next-gen ports of Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3 back because it felt that they required more development time.
