A series of videos revealing what Cyberpunk 2077 looked like in its earlier phases of development has leaked online as a result of the data breach suffered by CD PROJEKT RED in February. The bug-ridden footage is not only amusing but highly ironic, being that Cyberpunk 2077’s controversy has stemmed largely from its glitches, poor performance, and general lack of quality assurance on certain platforms. There are also a couple of clips comprising a comedy bug montage that CD PROJEKT RED had presumably intended to turn into bonus material, which has now been scrapped for obvious reasons.

Many other games have also included their own “bug reel” videos as bonus extras, but the publication of Cyberpunk’s footage is unlikely to be welcomed by the game’s developer, which is still working to fix the many issues present at launch. A now-deleted tweet from one...

The fact that someone(s) had the free time to put these reels together, and to music no less, on how bad the bugs were... yeah.

That being said I am almost done with my playthrough and I have enjoyed the game for the most part... even on 1.22 bugs are still pretty rampant if you are "looking" for them. But I try to pretend I don't see certain things hovering out of place or floating down the street in an invisible car. But it is very apparent that it is 1 mile wide and 1 inch deep. There is no real depth to most of it.

A GTA V mod could deliver a better experience than this “AAA” product

I'm waiting for it to hit $10

There is no reason to. The game didn't live up to the hype, but it was a great game that I thoroughly enjoyed. I didn't run into the vast majority of issues people reported and the patches have fixed the major issues.

I have no doubt it’s entertaining. I didn’t really even get $10 worth out of W3 - I own it, probably a couple times over, but haven’t managed to make it more than a couple hours in.

I’m willing to pay a bit to support a developer, and I like CDPR in general - even if I don’t think the game will really be up my alley.

I'm not a fan of the Witcher games and very much enjoyed Cyberpunk 2077.

Same, I was secretly hoping CP2077 will be nothing like the witcher games, and it really isn't. I've enjoyed CP2077, about as much as I enjoyed Mass Effect Andromeda, I didn't regret buying either one at launch, but they aren't classics that I'm going to keep playing for years. I didn't fire up Cyberpunk since February. The only reason it is still installed is the promised DLC, even if I'm pessimistic about the volume of content we are going to get.
