Cyberpunk 2077’s lead gameplay designer, Andrzej Zawadzki, has quit his position at CD PROJEKT RED after nearly a decade of employment at the Warsaw-based developer. Zawadzki confirmed his departure in a tweet this morning, which noted that he had been at the company for almost 8 years but decided to go off on a new adventure. His exact reason for leaving CD PROJEKT RED is unknown.
“After almost 8 years, my time at CDPR has come to an end,” Zawadzki tweeted. “It’s time for the new adventure. To every person I’ve met on the way – thank you It was an honor and pleasure. See you around.”
