Blizzard has announced that the technical alpha for its highly anticipated Diablo II remake, Diablo II: Resurrected, will begin this Friday, April 9. As the developer clarified in an article and Q&A published today, participants will be able to beta test the legendary hack-and-slash title’s first two acts, The Sightless Eye and The Secret of the Vizjerei. Diablo II: Resurrected’s technical alpha will also debut with three playable classes: the Amazon, Barbarian, and Sorceress.
For those who are unable to get into the Technical Alpha, yet want to follow the game, keep an eye on Diablo II: Resurrected livestreams this coming weekend on Twitch.tv and YouTube gaming.
