Vessel of Hatred, a paid expansion for Diablo IV that Blizzard Entertainment launched in October 2024 to usher in some major content for its 2023 action RPG, including an all-new class in the form of the Spiritborn, the jungle region of Nahantu, and Runes for empowering all classes, will not be getting a follow-up any time soon, according to new statements that Diablo general manager Rod Fergusson made during this week's DICE Summit in Las Vegas.

Can it be a real expansion this time? And one that can be connected to the seasons?

Such a waste of money that first expansion, half assed story with almost no content except a new class. Nothing is directly connected to seasons because it needs to appeal to base players. That new region is useless.
