Drop down menu on main not working mobile

The drop down menu on the home page doesn't work anymore. When I click it, the menu doesn't expand.

At first I thought it was the ads doing some sort of overlay on the menu button, but it looks like a theme update may have bonked it, and in the test environment, it's still bonked with the most recent update.

It's a javascript issue of some sort, so I'll attempt to debug or at least drop an issue into the hopper for the theme...

Give it a shot now - I think I've got the duct tape applied to the right spot.
