Hackers have broken into the systems of Electronic Arts, one of the world’s biggest video game publishers, and stolen source code used in company games, a spokesperson confirmed to CNN Business on Thursday.

Mostly just embarrassing for EA - the game matching code for FIFA may be an interesting revelation, as EA had pulled some patents for game matching algorithms to improve spending (like matching better paying players with worse free players)
