Eidos-Montréal Shifts to a Four-Day Work Week

Workers from around the world have fantasized about a shorter work week, but Eidos-Montréal employees will actually get to live out this dream.



The developer behind Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Shadow of the Tomb Raider revealed today that it will be shifting to a four-day work week for all employees, making three-day weekends a typical thing. Eidos-Montréal workers will only have to work 32 hours a week rather than 40. Eidos-Sherbrooke, a relatively new research and development studio founded in June 2020, will also be blessed with this benefit.



David Anfossi, Head of Studio, confirmed that management is reducing its standard work week to ensure the well-being of its employees.
