From Scratch Studios has released a demo for its upcoming horror adventure game, Etched Memories, which pits players into the paws of a male cat named Biscuit as he goes on a journey to discover the whereabouts of his missing mother and unravel his past as a research subject for a mysterious organization. The indie title seems ideal for anyone who has ever wanted to jump around, open doors, and collect random things as a cat, but be warned—Etched Memories is in such an early stage of development that it hasn’t even implemented basic graphics options yet and can perform pretty sluggishly on some systems. That said, the feline simulator is free to try beginning today.
