Coinciding with today’s Zen 3 launch, G. SKILL has announced new Trident Z Neo memory kits designed specifically for AMD’s new Ryzen 5000 Series processors.



There are fourteen kits in total, which comprise memory sticks tuned for either higher speeds (e.g., Trident Z Neo DDR4-4000 CL16-19-19-39) or lower latencies (e.g., Trident Z Neo DDR4-3800 CL14-16-16-36). Two 32 GB kits are also available for multitaskers who require higher capacities.



G.SKILL says that its new Trident Z Neo DDR4 kits will be available at the end of the month. For their complete specifications, please see the table at the bottom of the press release below.

I wound up buying a 64GB Neo kit for my Intel system because... well, Intel. It was already expensive, and the next speed rung added 50% to the price. I'm morbidly curious as to what G.SKILL will be charging for a 2x32GB kit at 3800 or 4000!
