Watching it now... at the point where Steve called it an 'IGP on a PCB without a CPU attached' ?
 
Coming back to this, it looks like Intel has some frame-pacing problems. Could very well be that they're not using an architecture that's really optimized for being a discrete part - higher-performance from not being attached to a CPU, but uneven gains - and could be driver optimization issues.
 
I think we'd want to take a look at the DG2 variant, as that's supposedly closer to the 6700XT in terms of estimated performance.
