A fourth patch for Ghost of Tsushima DIRECTOR'S CUT that contains various bug fixes and stability improvements based on feedback from players, as well as data from the game's crash reporting system, is now available for PC players, developers Sucker Punch Productions and Nixxes Software have announced.

I've been playing before and after and haven't felt a difference. But admittedly I don't use frame generation.
