GIGABYTE's AM5 motherboards appear to be set for AMD's new Ryzen 7000 Series processors with 3D V-Cache. According to a press release that GIGABYTE shared today, new BIOS updates and drivers that add support for the Ryzen 9 7950X3D, Ryzen 9 7900X3D, and Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPUs for the manufacturer's X670 and B650 motherboards have been uploaded to its official website, allowing prospective owners to prep their hardware ahead of their release on Tuesday, February 28. GIGABYTE's premium AM5 options include the X670E AORUS XTREME, a motherboard that features a Direct 18+2+2 Digital VRM Design, 4x CPIe 5.0 x4 M.2 slots, and other benefits aimed at more demanding users.
