Good lord... just think about all of that traffic passing over all of the routers of the world to get to Google in that magnitude. When I think about the biggest firewalls we have... I'm pretty sure 46 million connections per second would be a solid threat to them. I'll have to ask my security team about that... like if that hit one of our external IP's what would it do it it.
Of course generating that volume from Continental US IP's would be problematic in the first place and since we do not accept international traffic... Well we don't accept Russia/allies traffic.
