Halo Infinite's campaign isn't a particularly long one, with Microsoft's own Xbox app showing that it can be beaten in as little as 11 hours, but fans who are expecting new single-player content may end up disappointed. According to sources with the Bathrobe Spartan Halo podcast, 343 Industries has been hit hard by Microsoft's layoffs, resulting in serious consequences for the franchise that not only include the loss of "multiple" planned Campaign DLC, but other, external developers taking on the development of future Halo games. Microsoft is seemingly unhappy with 343 Industries' performance and is supposedly downgrading it to a support studio of some sort, one that will serve in more of a managerial role.

That makes sense. If you don't like their work performance, promote them to management. :unsure:
