AMD has released a video teasing the ray-tracing capabilities of its upcoming RDNA 2 graphics cards. These will support Microsoft’s newly announced DirectX 12 Ultimate API, which will drive the adoption of DXR 1.1 ray tracing, variable rate shading, and other advanced effects for PC and next-generation consoles.

I didn't notice but was that video created real-time render or a pre render job taking who knows how long to render frame by frame?
 
Put some chrome on your chrome.
Where are the shadows?
Forget the demo, spend the money on putting out a flagship GPU.
 

From last year. Running on a Vega 56 (10.4 TFlops), supposedly in real time. Without RTX or DirectX 12 Ultimate or specialized RT hardware.

Just in case anyone forgot. I think the Crytek demo looks better.
