Intel has announced its latest Next Unit of Computing (NUC) product, the Intel NUC 11 Extreme Kit. Code named “Beast Canyon,” the NUC 11 Extreme Kit is a highly modular desktop PC with an RGB skull that can tackle high-end gaming and other demanding tasks thanks to Intel’s latest 11th Gen Core processors. Intel’s NUC 11 Extreme Kit also boasts support for full-size discrete graphics cards, opening up a greater range of options for GPUs to fit a user’s needs, as well as support for up to 64 GB of dual-channel memory and four M.2 slots. Connectivity options include 2x Thunderbolt 4 ports, Intel Wi-Fi 6E, and a 2.5-gigabit Intel Ethernet port. Intel’s NUC 11 Extreme Kits will be available starting in Q3 2021; the Core i9-11900KB (NUC11BTMi9) and Core i7-11700B models carry an MSRP of $1,350 and $1,150, respectively...
