It was only a few days ago that the multi-core performance of Intel’s upcoming “Alder Lake-S” flagship CPU was teased via leaked Cinebench scores, but there are now alleged single-core scores for prospective Core i9-12900K owners to gander at. According to screenshots shared by HXL, Intel’s 12th Gen flagship processor is capable of scoring over 2,000 points in Cinebench R23’s single-core test, which is significantly higher than both its Rocket Lake predecessor and AMD’s mainstream flagship, the Ryzen 9 5950X.
