Intel's foundry business still needs plenty of improvement before it can catch up to one of its chief competitors, according to a new report out of Taiwan that explains how the company is planning to outsource even more orders of "Arrow Lake" and "Lunar Lake"—the code names for Intel's latest desktop and mobile processors—to TSMC.
