As everyone probably expected, Intel is planning to release a new premium chipset called the Z890, but hardware leaker TCL (@leaf_hobby), who previously leaked the specifications of Intel's recently launched Xeon W3400 and W2400 workstation processors, claims to already know some of its specifications.
