LG has officially entered the gaming laptop arena with today’s announcement of the 17G90Q, the company’s first gaming laptop.
Boasting the UltraGear label, a brand that was previously reserved for its premium gaming displays, LG’s UltraGear 17G90Q gaming laptop features an 11th Gen Intel Tiger Lake H processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Max-Q GPU, dual-channel memory, a dual SSD setup, and a vapor chamber for taming high temperatures. Its display comprises a 17-inch IPS panel that offers a 1-millisecond response time and refresh rate of up to 300 Hz.
“Sharing DNA with LG’s lightweight gram laptops, the 17G90Q has a streamlined, highly-portable design,” the company wrote in regard to its thinness.
