LG is planning to release its first 4K HDMI 2.1 monitor, the UltraGear 4K UHD Nano IPS 27GP950, in April. The news comes from LG’s official UK Twitter account, which noted that its predecessor, the 27GN950, is being discontinued in March to make way for the updated model.
“[…] the latest stock that went to the retailers sold out really quickly, but more stock is being delivered at the end of this month,” a representative tweeted in response to a user who asked when the 27GN950 was going to be back in stock. “We have been advised, however, that in March, this monitor will be discontinued and replaced by the 27GP950 in April. We hope this helps!”
