"Mega Menus" - What do you think?

I just made a tweak to give us so-called "Mega menus" on the front page. When you mouse over a category on the menu it will show you the last 5 articles in the category (or you can click on the menu header to go to all). Do you guys like this or is it more intuitive just to click "Motherboards" to go to a motherboards category?

I think it looks cool.

I'll be honest and say I don't usually use the front page categories, I tend to have read the reviews as they are written and will typically just Google Search if I'm looking for something specific.

But it does look nice

I think either way looks fine, but the new way looks better.

So... I've been working on figuring out how to solve for slow page load speeds and the mega menus seem to be a big contributor to them, so they've been disabled for now.
