Actor Michael B. Jordan reportedly met with Warner Bros. back in 2019 to pitch his idea for a new Superman project that would take the iconic superhero into a vastly different and unexpected direction. Sources with Collider suggest that Jordan’s vision for the Man of Steel is finally coming to fruition, as his production company, Outlier Society, has reportedly begun developing a series exclusively for Warner’s streaming service, HBO Max. Described as a limited series, Jordan’s Superman project will not center around the traditional character of Kal-El but another Kryptonian, Val-Zod, who is the second to hold the mantle of Superman. Jordan is reportedly considering starring as Val-Zod in addition to producing the project, but nothing has been confirmed yet...
