Forza Horizon 4, the 2018 installment of the open-world racing franchise from Playground Games, can be claimed for no cost by any Xbox Game Pass subscriber who had previously played the game and purchased any of its DLC, according to a new message that Microsoft has been sending out to members of its game subscription service.
