At long last, Microsoft has confirmed the pricing and release date for its flagship, next-gen console, the Xbox Series X. The system will be available on November 10 for $499 – the same price that the Xbox One launched at in 2013. Those of you who want first dibs can preorder the console beginning on September 22.
Microsoft also confirmed that the Series X’s weaker sibling, the Xbox Series S, will launch on November 10. That console will only cost $299, which seems like a great bargain for a system that can supposedly handle 1440p and 4K content to some extent.
