Minisforum Launches UM790Pro and UM780Pro Mini PCs with AMD Ryzen 7040HS Series Processors and New Cooling System

Minisforum has announced that it will be selling two new mini PCs called the UM790Pro and UM780Pro with AMD Ryzen 7040HS Series processors and Radeon 780M graphics. The UM790Pro features the Ryzen 9 7940HS, an 8C/16T processor with maximum boost clock of up to 5.2 GHz, while the UM780Pro features the Ryzen 7 7840HS, an 8C/16T processor with maximum boost clock of up to 5.1 GHz. Both of these new mini PCs from Minisforum feature a brand-new cooling system dubbed "Cold Wave 2.0," but pricing and availability details appear to be reserved for a later date.
