MSI Announces Warranty Extension for PCs, Monitors, and Other Products Due to Coronavirus

MSI has taken note of the COVID-19 outbreak and is softening the blow for PC hardware enthusiasts by offering a global two-month warranty extension on some of its products.



“MSI remains committed to our mission of putting our customers first,” the company said. “In light of the health concerns surrounding coronavirus across the globe, we want to ensure that our valued customers don’t have to worry about anything other than their health and safety.”



Unfortunately, laptop and graphics card products are not included in this warranty extension. It only applies to desktop PCs, motherboards, AIO computers, PC cabinets and cases, and monitors. Users also have to meet the following eligibility conditions.

This is a nice cheap move for them to make. I don't have a problem with it even if I'm not in their target market range. Though I might get a AIO cooler from them now... hummm... or I won't the AIO they have is a pre built system. So nevermind.
