AM4, a platform that AMD introduced in September 2016 to usher in the Zen architecture and the first of its Ryzen desktop processors, is outselling Intel's alternatives, including LGA 1200 (Comet/Rocket Lake), LGA 1700 (Alder/Raptor Lake), and LGA 1851, a socket that released just months ago for Meteor Lake-PS and Arrow Lake-S CPUs, according to new sales data that has been shared online.
