The alleged launch dates for NVIDIA’s new GeForce RTX 3080 (12 GB), GeForce RTX 3070 Ti (16 GB), and GeForce RTX 2060 (12 GB) graphics cards have leaked. According to hongxing2020, a leaker who previously listed all of NVIDIA’s upcoming GeForce RTX 30 Series GPUs, both the GeForce RTX 3080 (12 GB) and GeForce RTX 3070 Ti (16 GB) will launch on January 11, 2022. The GeForce RTX 2060 (12 GB) will be available earlier beginning on December 7, 2021.

Seems weird that the 3070 ti get's more memory then the 3080 which should better be able to use it but whatever.
 
Also seems weird they are making new product announcements slated for next month when they also just stopped production so they could keep prices high -- err "to keep supply in pace with demand".
 
Because they didn't stop production. They may have stopped production of some models/chips but NVIDIA wants to keep the market saturated and it is far from saturated.

They have to hurry before ethereum mining cards flood the market which is only a few months from now.
 
A 12 gb 2060? Ooooweeee, where's my credit card!
Yeah this is part of why I don't get the production stoppage. You stop production of your latest generation, but you keep on producing the old stuff that was initially a stopgap because of production problems in the first place.

It really makes the conspiracy theories sound more plausible.
