VideoCardz has shared some early memory overclocking tests for NVIDIA’s newest flagship card, the GeForce RTX 3080. NVIDIA is advertising this GPU with 19 Gbps GDDR6X memory, but it appears that the cards should have little trouble hitting 20 Gbps or higher speeds. While the Founders Edition is reportedly the only SKU out there currently without strict power limitations (i.e., it can hit 370 W), overclocking seems lenient even with conservative AIC models, such as the one tested here (320 W).
