The GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, a new "Blackwell" GPU for gamers, creators, and developers that NVIDIA says will deliver twice the performance of the Ada generation's RTX 4070 Ti for a starting price of $749, will be just as difficult to find as the RTX 5080 and RTX 5090 when it releases on February 20, according to a few reports that have surfaced online.

Well, if your dies can pull double duty as a very high margin AI-specific product... and you are selling all you can of the high margin parts... then your "consumer level" SKUs are only going to get hand-me-downs and the marginally acceptable bins.
