It hasn’t even been a year since NVIDIA announced its first server CPU, “Grace,” an Arm-based processor designed for giant AI and high-performance computing workloads in the data center, but the company continues to signal its interest of being known as more than just a GPU company.
As reported by Globes, an Israel-based business news website, NVIDIA’s Israel division is planning to hire hundreds of new employees to help design and engineer the company’s next-generation CPUs. NVIDIA Israel already has 2,800 employees in seven centers, according to the publication.
