NVIDIA Switching Away from GDDR5 RAM? MSI GeForce GTX 1650 SKUs with GDDR6 Spotted

Some of NVIDIA’s Turing-based GPUs are still stuck with GDDR5 RAM, but there are signs that green team may be upgrading them with the latest and greatest type of memory.



As spotted by VideoCardz, the Eurasian Economic Commission has listed numerous new GeForce GTX 1650 models from MSI. All of these carry the “D6” designation, which alludes to the utilization of GDDR6 chips.
