NZXT Pauses Sales of H1 Cases Over Fire Hazard Concerns

Those of you who own a NZXT H1 mini ITX case should be aware that it might suffer from a serious safety issue. The company alerted users about the potential defect on r/NZXT yesterday, noting that anyone who’d like more information can contact customer service (h1support@nzxt.com).



“NZXT has identified a potential safety issue with H1 cases and we are working with the US Consumer Products Safety Commission along with the proper global authorities to notify our customers and provide them with a solution,” the company wrote.
