Or there's just no real need to upgrade? I've had a S9+ for 2 years now and it's still nearly perfect for me. Other than just to scratch the itch of having something new and shiny, I can't really come up with a reason to ditch it in favor of the S20.

Yea they need some new features to make it worth while. Or older phones need to wear out. My wife and I are running on Note 8's and love them. Kinda skipped the note 9 and 10 because it was a very meh upgrade. But now with the new note 20's coming that's the first worthwhile upgrade in a while for us. So I suspect we will be signing up for those.
