PlayStation Portal Features the Same Battery Life as the DualSense Wireless Controller

The PlayStation Portal, PlayStation's first Remote Play dedicated device, will feature battery life that's comparable to the DualSense Wireless Controller for PS5. This is according to a hands-on preview of the new PS5 handheld that CNET has published, a portion of which claims Sony is "targeting something similar to the DualSense" in regards to the device's battery life. That would imply that the PlayStation Portal has around seven to nine hours of battery life, which some say "f*cking sucks." The PlayStation Portal is available for pre-order now for $199.99 ahead of its release on November 15, 2023.
